It's 'high' time we explained things.

  • Do you come to our home?

Yes!  for private dinners and personal cooking classes.  However, cooking classes may be offered at a separate location for larger groups

  •  Where can I find a menu?

There are no set menus.  Each client gets a customized menu tailored to their desires.  For pop-up events, these are "chef's whim" style dinners.  Menus vary.  Follow us on social media for pop-up event details.

  •  What are your prices?

Pricing varies.  Factors such as food cost/ingredients, number of guests, extensive travel, size of menu, etc play into the final cost of your private event.

  • What should I expect from cannabis infused dinners?

**must be 21 or older.  Must provide government issued ID.**  Levels of potency vary from dish to dish.  DO NOT drive while under the influence.  Know your tolerance.  We are not liable for bodily injury or harm to you or anyone else once the events start, end, and thereafter.  BE SAFE!  The goal is to have you experience a full body relaxed sensation without flying into outer space.  Each course offers a different strain as the focal point.  Dishes are composed around the different types of strains to create a culinary experience like never before.

  • Are you a dispensary?

NO.  Hash by Chef Allan B is a personal chef service.  We do not offer the sale or resale of any kind of product.

  • Is it legal?

Private use and consumption of cannabis and cannabis infused foods vary from state to state.  Please check your local state laws and regulations for further information.

  • how do I pay?

Currently we use Venmo and pay pal.  NO CHECKS. Cash payments are a case by case decision.  50% is due at signing.  The remaining balance is due upon service.

  • Do you cater?

We are NOT a catering company.  However, we can offer catering options at an extra cost.  We would happily accommodate your "off-site" event if the event space has an appropriate kitchen available for use (if applicable).  Fees apply. Prior authorization from the VDH is required for catered events.

  • How much are your services?

Great question!  Pricing can vary depending on the services provided, the number of diners, and the location.  Prices can increase with the number of diners. For example, a private dinner party might break down to $85 per person, but add-ons like wine pairing can increase the price to over $100-150 per person.  Food prices can vary by area, so location is a consideration when discussing prices.    Other factors that can affect pricing include: Travel time, Planning, Shopping, Preparation, and Minimums. When discussing pricing with us, it's important to communicate your needs and expectations.
